Two Hotels in One

Hyatt Centric Playa Del Carmen offers guests access to two separate properties: Downtown House and Beach House. Rooftop Playground

Downtown House has a 30,000 square foot rooftop playground that includes an infinity pool with ocean views. The rooftop is open year-round and features a pool bar, sun loungers, and cabanas. Guests can attend daily curated activities and special events such as tequila tastings, yoga classes, and bachata lessons.

Dining and Entertainment

The hotel has three distinct dining options, including a rooftop restaurant at Downtown House and a beachfront restaurant at Beach House. The menus were created by the Executive Chef from CATCH NYC, and the rooftop restaurant serves food and cocktails with ocean views. After sunset, the rooftop becomes a nightclub with a DJ, and the Beach House bar closes at sundown.
